Family Support & Strategy Session

For families who are supporting their loved one either through their time in aged care, at home or through a dementia diagnosis.

Sometimes people just need one off support or guidance to help you figure out what to do next.  

In this session I'll work with you to understand what is happening and what to expect, explore the best support options available to you, offer tools, communication strategies and emotional reassurance. 

You will also recieve a written summary of our discussion to refer back to and a follow up support Email one week after our session.
