About Kayleigh

Kayleigh began her career nearly a decade ago in Australia, working in residential aged care as a Lifestyle Officer. In this role, she supported older adults and those living with dementia by providing meaningful daily activities, emotional support, and guidance for their families navigating this stage of life.

She later became a dementia-specific Lifestyle Officer, working in secure dementia wards, before moving into a Lifestyle Coordinator role. In this position, she provided in-depth care, working closely with individuals living with dementia and meeting them in their world.

After welcoming her first child in September 2023, Kayleigh stepped away from residential aged care. Now, she is creating a platform to support those living with dementia and older adults who wish to remain at home or lack access to aged care services. Through education and guidance, she helps individuals and their families stay connected and empowered in later life.

Kayleigh has also furthered her studies in end-of-life care to support people through this transition, ensuring a peaceful journey for both individuals and their families.
